The New UCF Arena at Knights Plaza is the largest live entertainment and sports facility in East Orlando. This building features a seating capacity of over 10,000 and amenities including 16 luxury suites, club lounge and 100,000 square feet of neighboring retail and restaurant space. The facility has drastically changed the face of live entertainment in Central Florida. Through partnerships with national and local promoters, the inaugural lineup of shows has included world famous entertainers, beloved family shows and special events rivaling any venue in the country. The old UCF Arena was closed down for refurbishments as of September. The facility is being repaired and remodeled to become the full-time practice facility for UCF Athletics.
